Returns and Cancellations

Shop orders

• Delivery. UK delivery is £2.99 per order. We aim to post within 3 working days.
• Changed your mind? You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us, then send the tee back unworn, unwashed and with tags attached within 14 days of telling us.
• Refunds. We refund the price of the tee within 14 days of getting it back. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
• Wrong size? Message us and we'll swap it if we have your size in stock.
• Faulty items. Let us know and we'll replace or refund it, including postage.

Zone 2 Membership

• Your first month is a trial with no commitment. You can cancel at any point during it.
• If you stay on after your first month, there's an 8-week minimum. After that it's month to month, and you can cancel anytime before your next payment date.
• Your legal 14-day cancellation right. Because coaching starts straight away at your request, if you cancel within 14 days of joining we'll refund your payment minus a fair amount for the coaching already provided.

Clinic appointments

To cancel or move an appointment, use the link in your booking confirmation or get in touch as early as you can, so we can offer the slot to someone else.
