Who we are

This website is run by Zone 2 Performance Ltd ("we", "us"). We decide how your personal information is used, which makes us the data controller. Questions about your data? Email info@zone2performance.co.uk.

What we collect and why

• Contact form and emails. Your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message, so we can reply to you.
• Clinic bookings. Booked through Rehab Guru, which holds your booking details and clinical notes on our behalf. We use these to assess and treat you.
• Online coaching. Your training history, goals, any injuries you tell us about, and the training, sleep and other data you log in the Zone 2 app, so we can plan and adjust your programme.
• Shop orders and payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We receive your name, email and delivery address to send your order.

Information about injuries and health is special category data. We only use it to provide the coaching or treatment you've asked for, with your consent.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business: Stripe (payments), Rehab Guru (clinic bookings and records), our coaching app provider, Netlify (website hosting and contact form) and our email provider. We never sell your information or use it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go anywhere are deleted within 12 months. Clinical and coaching records are kept for as long as professional and legal guidance requires. Payment records are kept for six years for tax purposes.

Cookies

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. The map on our Injury Clinic page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop us using it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
